Research And Development

We are constantly improving our product range with new products by working on innovative projects in our research and development department. In our center equipped with modern technology, we create unique patterns and designs on our fabrics and make them look different from others.

Yarn production

We have state-of-the-art yarn twisting machines on which we produce fine yarns for embroidery, knitting, weaving. While the weaving yarns are used in our own production, the embroidery threads are available for sale.

Weaving

The new and modern looms that we have and on which we weave our fabrics can weave fabric up to 350-360 cm wide. After the fabrics are woven, a thorough quality check is done.

Dyehouse

We work with the best dyers in Bursa, where our fabrics are given a more finished look and re-passed for quality control.

Quality control and packaging

After ensuring that the dyed fabrics meet the required standards, lead thread is sewn to the fabric, the fabric is rolled, packaged and prepared for shipment to our customers.

Shipping the finished product

Depending on the needs of our customers, we contact the given courier company and deliver the finished fabrics.
